Category: What's this mark?

We have a great vintage parrot pin in MINT condition!!  However, there is a unique marking on the back of this pin which we are unable to to identify.  If anyone has any clue as to what this mark is, please leave a comment.  This pin will soon be up in our store.  Keep checking AJ Raefields.

Thanks to Ginger from http://Gingersjewels.com, we have been informed in more detail as to the marking on this pin.
The mark is the Phrygian cap, (pronouned FREE-geean,) worn by the revolutionaries when they stormed the Bastille in 1789. It was a red felt hat that tipped forward over the face of the wearer, decorated with the red, white, and blue rosette representing “Liberté, egalité, fraternité”. Since Boucher was French, he nestled the MB mark under a profile of this symbol of modern proletarian France.
Thanks Ginger!
