Right now we have an awesome Georg Jensen pin for sale. Who is Georg Jensen you may ask? Not to be confused with George Jetson, Georg Jensen was a sterling silver designer. He began designingin 1904 and was a proponent in art-nouveau style.
This lovely bird pin was made between 1930 and 1933 because of the engraved Georg Jensen mark on the back. Georg Jensen died in 1935 which means this pin was designed by him which I think makes it very special since he only made jewellry for 30 years. He did hire several individual deisgners to design under his name, however they marked thier pieces with thier own name as well which means this pin is a Georg Jensen original.
