Create your own “Look for Less”! We have several ideas for you to incorporate into your everyday wardrobe.  A much less expensive way to have style wihtout buying designer accessories that empty your pockets and leave them dry as a bone!

Check out these ideas:
1. Accessories for the hair should be more popular! We just don’t seem to notice too many people wearing unique head pieces.  In the March issue of Elle magazine, we read about some awesome ideas to capture a “Look for Less”.  Below, we see a mesh material, (in this case, it is a ballet stocking), which is wrapped around the model’s head.  It is then decorated with jewels and beads to create a most unique look!  You can get this look yourself by getting materials at your local craft store.  It is inexpensive and definitely fun.  Creativity with style is a great way to express yourself!

2. Another inexpensive look is to decorate your purse or handbag with pins.  We see this idea in the March issue of Elle magazine as well.   If you don’t have any unique pins, try looking in our store for pins like these, or try finding a yard sale in your neighborhood.  People are often getting rid of old pins or jewelry for great prices.  You may even find an awesome vintage bag to put the pins on.  See the picture below to get an idea of how you can decorate your own bag!

3. Not only can you adorn a bag with multiple pins, but you can adorn yourself.  Just look at the picture in Glamour (April 2007).  This model has a cluster of pins on her shoulder. Think of yourself as a blank canvas that needs paint!  You can become a walking art piece just with the way you wear a pin, or in this case several pins!
