Interesting Plastic Earrings??

So we stumbled upon these awesome plastic feathered pieces, but we cannot figure out what they are. They have these interesting clip backs but nt the typical kind of clip back you normally see on earrings. The only thing I can guess is that they are some funky unusual earrings. Do you have any clue? If you do don’t be shy and e-mail us. I’m thinking they are West German as well because of the type of plastic and the design.
