Signed Artist Piece - Enamel over Copper Bracelet

Any ideas about the artist on this piece? Looks like “Buil” to me.. But I am very bad at reading handwritten signatures. Is anyone familar with this artist? I know I have seen these peices before. I remeber a retired jewelry wholesaler telling me that Ladies Auxilary groups made a lot of this type of jewelry in the 1940s. This piece however is by a specific artist.
