In our store, we have a variety of different types of watches, including new, vintage, and never been worn. We found a few examples in some vintage magazines, of the types of watches that were popular in the 60s, and 80s. We discovered many items in our store that are similar to these items below.
In a Sept 1, 1967 issue of Vogue we see this watch fob style, which we blogged about a few months ago. See here.

We have an awesome pocket watch that recently went up for auction on ebay! It has the most unique design on the back and is in great condition. See the picture below. Check it out here in more detail! Bid fast before you miss it!

Below, in this June 1968 Ladies Home Journal, we see an add for Mickey Mouse watches. We have a small variety of Mickey items: See here! What we liked about this picture is the way it portrays this watch being worn by a woman in love. Let’s hope she doesn’t lose track of time as she gets lost in romance!

The 80s was also a funky period for unique watches. But not just watches for your wrist, but watch pins for your coat or sweater. Look at this big, chunky watch pin…….It’s huge, but so fun!! Click the picture to see it in more detail.
